Bad Girl & The SuperFreaks started in 2025 when frontwoman Kelly "Bad Girl" Mulvilhill walked into a rehearsal studio in Los Angeles and refused to leave until she had a band. Within six months they were headlining festivals.
The mission was simple: take the greatest decade in popular music — the 1970s — and play it louder, tighter, and more joyfully than anyone thought possible. Donna Summer, Chic, Earth Wind & Fire, Bee Gees, Gloria Gaynor. The songs that made people fall in love, lose themselves, and forget their problems.

Lead Vocals
Sean's range is ridiculous and his stage chemistry with Kelly is the stuff of legend. Two lead vocalists, zero ego — just pure performance.
Keyboards
Jonny's Rhodes and synth work ties the whole sound together. From lush Philly soul chords to tight Chic-style comping, he plays exactly what the song needs.
Guitar
Kevin's rhythm playing is the engine; his solos are the fireworks. Steeped in funk and soul, he makes every riff feel like a celebration.
Bass
The low end that makes the room shake. John's bass lines are the reason people can't stop moving, even when they think they're tired.
Drums
Jeff is the heartbeat of the SuperFreaks. The pocket is always right, the groove is always deep, and the dance floor never lies.
Saxophone
Kyle's sax is the band's secret weapon — equal parts melody and muscle. He can play a ballad that makes you cry and a riff that makes you scream.
We'd love to bring the groove to your event. Reach out and let's talk dates.
